📢 Mid-February 2026 – Programme Promotion Begins

• Information about the Bridge Program becomes available at your university.

• Learn about projects and application procedures.

💻 Online Information Session (Zoom)

📝 Mid-February – End of March 2026 – Application Period

• Submit your application.

• Prepare required documents (e.g., motivation letter).

• Attend an interview (if required).

⏰ Deadline: End of March 2026 (check your university’s exact date)

✅ By 31 March 2026 – Pre-Selectin

• Each university selects 3–5 students.

• Project preferences are considered.

• Selected students move to the matching stage.

🤝 First Half of April 2026 – Joint Matching

• Students are matched to specific projects and placements.

• International teams are balanced.

• Secondary interview may be required (in some cases).

📩 Mid-April 2026 – Final Confirmation

You will receive:

• ✔ Confirmation of acceptance

• 📍 Final project and placement details

• ➡ Instructions about next steps

🗂 Late April – May 2026 – Administration

• Contact your International Office.

• Complete Learning Agreement or other mobility documents.

• Arrange insurance and travel.

• Finalise administrative requirements. 

💻 May – June 2026 – Orientation & Preparation

• Online Bridge Program session.

• Orientation course (community engagement preparation).

• Online meetings with your community partner.

✈ June – July 2026 – Placement Period

🇮🇪 Ireland: 25 June – 10 July 2026
🇸🇰 Slovakia: 6 July – 18 July 2026

You complete your Bridge placement and work with international teams and community partners.

🔄 July – August 2026 – Reflection & Evaluation

• Participate in reflection sessions.

• Provide feedback.

• Contribute to the evaluation of the programme impact.
